Philip met the standards required for all the relevant criteria. As the Guidance Manager, I would have been pleased with this standard of delivery in my team. Philip delivered an excellent group session whilst placed with us. Philip wanted to deliver an informal session to a group of careers advisers and discuss the HR Profession. To give information on HR, to look at the common skill sets between the two professions and to discuss interview skills and applications form the HR perspective. He achieved the learning objectives that he set out. Discussing with him afterwards it was clear that he had carefully considered his choice of exercises and his session content Philip manner was excellent and he demonstrated his facilitation and leadership skills well. His approach is friendly and professional and confident.
